How billing works
Section titled “How billing works”- Plans are billed monthly, with an annual option that saves ~8%.
- Pricing is transparent — no hidden fees. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
- Each machine is dedicated hardware; you’re billed per machine.
Why monthly minimum?
Section titled “Why monthly minimum?”Apple’s licensing for leased Mac hardware requires a minimum term, so the shortest billing cycle is monthly.
Payment methods
Section titled “Payment methods”Manage your subscription and payment method from your dashboard at app.myremotemac.com.
- Cards — accepted (managed in your dashboard).
- PayPal — not accepted.
- Cryptocurrency — accepted case by case, depending on your profile; a KYC check may be required. Contact support@myremotemac.com to arrange the payment terms.

Free trials
Section titled “Free trials”We don’t offer free trials. Following a high rate of fraud, free trials are no longer available.
Renewal & upgrades
Section titled “Renewal & upgrades”- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle.
