Invoices & cancellation

Invoices are available in your dashboard at app.myremotemac.com under your billing/subscription section. Each cycle’s invoice can be downloaded as a PDF.

Need a specific tax/VAT field or a company name on the invoice? Update your billing details before the next cycle, or contact support@myremotemac.com.

You can cancel from your dashboard. Your machine remains available until the end of the paid period, then it’s decommissioned.
