Invoices & cancellation
Finding your invoices
Section titled “Finding your invoices”Invoices are available in your dashboard at app.myremotemac.com under your billing/subscription section. Each cycle’s invoice can be downloaded as a PDF.
Need a specific tax/VAT field or a company name on the invoice? Update your billing details before the next cycle, or contact support@myremotemac.com.
Cancelling
Section titled “Cancelling”You can cancel from your dashboard. Your machine remains available until the end of the paid period, then it’s decommissioned.
Refunds
Section titled “Refunds”For refund eligibility and requests, contact support@myremotemac.com. Refund terms are described on the legal page.
Uptime & SLA
Section titled “Uptime & SLA”My Remote Mac targets 99.9% uptime. SLA details are on the legal page; live status is at status.myremotemac.com.
